Job Title: Account Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Account Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Circuitry.ai. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities, as well as expanding and nurturing existing client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the enterprise market for our AI SaaS solutions.
  • Research and prospect potential clients, including industry-specific verticals and target accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and acquire new customers.

Sales Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and refine sales strategies and tactics.
  • Leverage market research and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospects and clients.

Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Manage a robust sales pipeline, track leads, opportunities, and deals in CRM software.
  • Forecast and report on sales activity and revenue projections regularly.
  • Prioritize and manage time effectively to maximize sales productivity.

Solution Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our AI SaaS solutions and their applications across various industries.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our solutions to clients and demonstrate how they can address specific business challenges.

Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand each client's unique needs, challenges, and goals related to AI and SaaS solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with the technical and customer success teams to ensure successful product implementations and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with marketing to provide insights and feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Sales Targets:

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, revenue quotas, and KPIs.
  • Continuously assess sales strategies and make necessary adjustments to meet or exceed goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales with minimum 5+ years of experience, with a focus on AI or SaaS solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and SaaS business models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing a complex sales cycle.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
