Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying agentic systems in production environments.

Mandatory Requirements:

Experience

• 2+ years as an ML/AI Engineer
• Minimum 1 year focused specifically on Agentic Systems
• Strong Python skills (mandatory)
• Built and deployed at least one end-to-end agentic system

You must be able to clearly explain:

• System architecture
• Tool orchestration
• Memory design
• Context management
• Failure handling strategies
• Evaluation frameworks
• Design trade-offs

Technical Expertise

Agentic Systems

• Clear understanding of Agents vs. Agentic Workflows
• React patterns
• Tool-calling architectures
• Multi-agent coordination
• Agent decision loops
• Context engineering
• Knowledge of A2A protocols
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Structured reasoning chains

Framework Experience (At least one required)

• CrewAI
• LangGraph
• Google ADK

Core Capabilities

• Tool calling
• Agent orchestration
• Decision intelligence systems
• Dynamic planning
• State management
• Memory strategies
• Context window optimization

Strong Plus

• RAG experience
• Knowledge Graph experience
