Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of intuitive and accessible financial tools tailored for nonprofit organizations. This role involves collaborating with business, development and product teams to create user-centric solutions that address the unique challenges faced by nonprofits in managing their finances.

Your expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design will be key in crafting solutions that meet our users’ needs and drive engagement.

Working closely with our development and product teams, you’ll turn insights into beautiful, functional designs that enhance our user experience and contribute to our product’s success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for new features and enhancements, from research and ideation to prototyping and final implementation.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across all product interfaces.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Ensure design consistency and coherence across the entire product

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions on both Mobile and Web Apps.
• High proficiency in Figma
• Experience designing for complex systems, preferably in fintech or SaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse audiences.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
