🚀 We're Hiring: Full-Cycle Account Executive — Enterprise Nonprofit Sales

At Crowded, we're on a mission to transform how nonprofit organizations operate — giving them purpose-built software that helps them do more with less. And we're looking for a driven, mission-aligned Account Executive to help us bring that vision to more organizations.

About the Role

This is a high-ownership, full-cycle AE role. You'll own everything from outbound prospecting to close — building pipeline, running tailored demos, navigating complex multi-stakeholder buying processes, and winning deals that genuinely move the needle for mission-driven organizations.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle — outbound, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise nonprofit prospects
  • Run consultative discovery calls and product demos tailored to nonprofit needs
  • Navigate complex deals with executive directors, IT teams, boards & procurement committees
  • Develop strategic account plans for high-value targets
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product & Customer Success
  • Represent Crowded at nonprofit industry events and conferences

What You Bring

🔹 3–7+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong enterprise closing track record 🔹 Direct experience selling to nonprofit organizations — you get the budget cycles, stakeholders, and motivations 🔹 Proven ability to manage long, complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles 🔹 Strong consultative selling skills — you lead with curiosity and diagnose before you pitch 🔹 Excellent communication skills across all levels, from frontline staff to the C-suite 🔹 Startup mindset — resourceful, self-directed, and energized by building 🔹 CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with modern sales engagement tools

Bonus points if you have:

  • An existing network in the enterprise nonprofit community
  • Experience with chapter-based nonprofit structures
  • Partnership experience selling directly to platforms that work with non-profits
