As a Patient Experience Representative you will help us service patient questions and requests, handle patient escalations, and take our patient experience to the next level. Your primary responsibility will be handling inbound calls. We are looking for someone who is comfortable talking on the phone and genuinely enjoys it. Our Patient Experience Team is responsible for speaking directly with patients and physicians and working closely with our city teams to deliver on our brand promise and ensure the needs of our patients are met.
Your PT schedule will be Mon-Fri, 6am-12pm, PST (one day will be 6am-11am)
The pay is $17/hr and non negotiable
