As a Patient Experience Representative your primary task is to handle Zendesk tickets from patients regarding appointments, issues and missing results. You will be making outbound calls and sending follow-up emails to resolve patient concerns. We are looking for someone who will hustle and care about doing a good job. You must be comfortable spending the majority of your day on the phone!
Schedule:
Tues-Fri - 7:30am-4:00pm PST, Sat - 6am-2:30pm PST
Mon-Fri - 7:30am-4:00pm PST
Training schedule will be Mon-Fri for first 2-3 weeks!
Compensation is $17/hr and non-negotiable
