Haddy is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our St. Petersburg, FL team. Position Summary:

The Manufacturing Engineer will optimize additive and subtractive machining processes while contributing to robotics and AI-driven improvements. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a proven track record in advanced manufacturing who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Develop and refine additive and subtractive machining processes for efficiency and quality.
• Design and Development: Create and optimize CAD models and toolpaths for manufacturing.
• Innovation: Contribute to the implementation of robotics and AI-driven manufacturing solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing processes with business objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Systems Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, with expertise in CAD/CAM software (e.g., NX, Rhino, SolidWorks, Fusion 360).
• Familiarity with robotics, AI integration, and automation systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology-driven innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in additive manufacturing, a definite plus if experience is in large format additive manufacturing
• Accustomed to building prototypes and creating supporting documentation

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $78,000–$96,000 annually (inclusive of bonus).
• Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, stock awards, and paid time off.
• Relocation stipend available for candidates moving to St. Petersburg, FL.
