SCHEDULE:This position operates within a 24/7 environment that may require applicants to work day, evening, and/or night shifts as well as holidays and weekends.

DESCRIPTION:Luxury Reservation Agents interact with customers, make reservations, and answer questions. They also interact with chauffeurs and suppliers to communicate reservation details. A great starter/entry-level position for anyone wishing to enter the hospitality industry.

Typical Duties/Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our customers.
• Answer phones and respond to emails
• Provide quotes and book reservations
• Confirm bookings with drivers and suppliers
• May be required to perform other job related duties.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:Customer interaction experience preferred.

Skilled at:Good oral and written communication skills. Basic computer skills.

Knowledge of:Email, Internet Skills, Google Maps.
