Role Description

This is a NYC-based role for an Events & Community Manager, with remote work flexibility. The Events & Community Manager will be responsible for planning, hosting, organizing, and executing all kinds of events to engage and grow the Mobilo (professional networking) community. Daily tasks include visiting, exhibiting & hosting events, writing blogs, tutorials, business cases, and social media posts about professional networking, and leading the world to discover how to successfully turn events into their #1 source of new business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Field: Represent Mobilo at events across the country—network, demo the product, and generate high-quality leads
• Refine the Playbook: Build and continuously improve strategies for maximizing lead quantity and quality from in-person interactions
• Build Community: Launch and grow an online hub for networking professionals to exchange tips, wins, and insights
• Create Content: Produce blog posts, social content, and community highlights focused on growth through live events and human connections
• Partner with Agencies: Collaborate with marketing agencies to position Mobilo as a key signal in their automation stacks, making in-person lead capture measurable and high-performing.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong personal presence on LinkedIn or other platforms that shows you are a natural connector
• Huge interest and knowledge about AI and workflow automation tools like Clay, Airtable, and n8n
• Experience in planning and executing events, both virtual and in-person
• Native-level English speaker and exceptional writer—your content turns heads on blogs and LinkedIn
• You know how to work with limited resources and are a quick learner
