Description

For our fast-growing start-up, we’re looking for an enthusiastic team player to work with our operations managers to ensure that our production and fulfillment processes run smoothly and efficiently. As part of the operations team, you will assist with all aspects of the product supply chain, operate and maintain printing machinery, inventory reconciliation, fulfillment, and shipping. The best thing is that next to execution, you will work with the team to contribute to and improve the quality and speed of our production and fulfillment process. You will own the inventory process, ensuring all locations are adequately stocked of both raw materials and finished goods. This exciting position offers an opportunity to be part of a growing team with international locations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Operations (or equivalent)
  • Detail-oriented, organized and technically savvy
  • Knowledge of different printing methods for industrial use
  • Experience with laser engraving is preferred but not required
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Knowledge of Excel and Adobe Illustrator
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Ability to lift boxes 20lb+

The Ideal Candidate

You have at least 2 years of experience in commercial printing with a background in operations or engineering. You have worked with or have a strong interest in various printing methods and are willing to learn the ins and outs of the machine without hesitation. You are proactive and always thinking about continuous process and machine improvements. You are organized and detail oriented, and willing to take charge if you see an opportunity to work smarter. Growing a start-up can be demanding and on the few occasions where everyone needs to step up to reach the next level, you can trust everyone to move together. Compensation & Benefits

Full-Time Salary: $60,000-80,000/year

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9AM - 6PM

Work Location: Chinatown, NYC (on-site required)
