Mobilo is a smart business card that lets you share your contact details with a tap. We have offices in New York City, Amsterdam (The Netherlands), Medellin (Colombia), and Perth (Australia).
For our fast-growing SaaS startup, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager. On a daily basis, you will work with existing accounts to grow company revenue, pinpoint up-sell opportunities, secure renewals, and provide personalized care. This position will be based in Colombia (ideally Medellin). Primarily remote, but sometimes coming into the office will be required.
Responsibilities
- Grow revenue within existing accounts by identifying new opportunities, up-sell opportunities, and more
- Execute on renewals to ensure a healthy ARR book of business
- Performing cold outreach to expand existing accounts
- Actively logging important client information and interactions in our CRM
- Collaborate with Customer Success & Support to help maximize client use, value, and satisfaction of Mobilo’s offerings
- Conduct well-informed and consultative meetings with clients to demonstrate the business value of Mobilo
- Provide insights, feedback, market trends, and areas of improvement to internal company leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Development and/or Account Management experience
- Proven track record of growing a book of business
- Great presentation skills, along with high confidence in engaging with decision-makers
- Powerful communication and interpersonal skills. Highly articulate via web conference, phone, and email (both internally and externally)
- Feeling comfortable in a true startup environment.
