Role Description:

Advanced Solution is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Business Engagement Specialist to join our high-performing Business Development Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connecting with others, building meaningful business relationships, and converting interest into results. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting Advanced Solution’s growth by engaging prospective partners, managing conference leads, and working closely with Sales Directors to strategically target new and existing distributors. This position is on-site, 40 hrs per week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high volumes of phone outreach to potential and existing distributor partners.
  • Execute inside sales strategies to identify and qualify opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Follow up promptly and professionally on leads generated through conferences and events.
  • Manage your pipeline with strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely follow-up and closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging, strategy, and market feedback.
  • Own the closing process from initial conversation to final commitment, demonstrating confidence and persistence.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or related roles is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound calling and closing new business.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management habits.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and initiative.
  • CRM experience is a plus.
