National Sales Director

Reports To: President of Sales

Position Summary

The National Sales Director is responsible for supporting the execution and growth of Advanced Solution’s national commercial organization. This leadership role works directly with the President of Sales to drive sales performance, strengthen customer and distributor relationships, support field execution, and assist with the continued expansion of the company’s commercial footprint across all product lines and sales channels.

The National Sales Director will oversee regional sales performance, support onboarding and development of distributors and independent representatives, assist with strategic account growth, and help maintain alignment across sales operations, reimbursement, customer engagement, and executive leadership teams.

This role is expected to lead by example, foster strong relationships throughout the organization, and help ensure consistent execution, accountability, communication, and customer support across the national sales organization.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support execution of company-wide sales strategy and commercial growth initiatives across all sales channels.
  • Report directly to the President of Sales and assist with leadership, development, and oversight of national sales operations.
  • Support and manage relationships with distributors, independent representatives, strategic accounts, physician practices, and commercial partners.
  • Assist with onboarding, development, accountability, and ongoing support of distributors and sales representatives.
  • Drive revenue growth and support market expansion initiatives across targeted regions and product lines.
  • Work cross-functionally with reimbursement, operations, customer engagement, logistics, finance, compliance, and executive leadership teams to improve commercial execution and customer experience.
  • Assist with implementation and communication of sales initiatives, operational updates, reimbursement changes, and organizational objectives.
  • Support product launches, commercialization efforts, and strategic growth opportunities.
  • Help maintain visibility surrounding sales performance, pipeline activity, forecasting, and KPI accountability.
  • Assist with development and execution of sales training, product education, and field communication initiatives.
  • Support issue resolution and operational coordination between the field, leadership, and internal departments.
  • Foster strong relationships across Advanced Solution’s national sales channels while maintaining professionalism, responsiveness, and operational consistency.
  • Travel nationally as needed to support customer relationships, field initiatives, conferences, trainings, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Leadership experience within healthcare, medical device, wound care, biologics, pharmaceuticals, or related healthcare industries preferred.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare sales operations, distributor networks, physician office sales, and strategic account management.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, develop relationships, and support commercial growth initiatives.
  • Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with operations, reimbursement, customer engagement, and executive leadership teams.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as required.
