President of Sales – Advanced Solution
Reports To: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Position Summary
The President of Sales is responsible for leading and executing the national sales strategy for Advanced Solution across all product lines and sales channels. This executive leadership role oversees revenue growth, sales performance, distributor engagement, strategic account development, and organizational alignment across the commercial organization.
The President of Sales will work closely with executive leadership, compliance, reimbursement, operations, business development and marketing to drive scalable growth while maintaining the company’s focus on customer service, operational execution, and increased market share.
A major focus of this role will be overseeing clinical education and training initiatives across all sales funnels within Advanced Solution to ensure consistent product knowledge, compliant selling practices, reimbursement awareness, and overall internal and field competency.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead national sales strategy and execution across all Advanced Solution product lines and commercial divisions.
- Oversee and manage sales leadership, vice presidents, business development personnel, independent sales representatives.
- Drive revenue growth, market expansion, strategic partnerships, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Develop scalable sales infrastructure, accountability systems, forecasting processes, and KPI reporting mechanisms.
- Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer and executive leadership team on overall commercial direction and organizational strategy.
- Work cross-functionally with reimbursement, operations, customer engagement, logistics, and marketing departments to improve execution and customer experience.
- Oversee onboarding, development, coaching, and performance management of commercial personnel.
- Establish and lead clinical education and training programs across all sales funnels to strengthen product knowledge, reimbursement understanding, customer communication, and compliant sales execution.
- Ensure ongoing field education related to product positioning, market trends, reimbursement updates, and operational workflows.
- Support key account strategy, national contracting initiatives, IDN opportunities, and executive-level customer relationships.
- Assist with commercialization strategy for new products, product launches, and market expansion initiatives.
- Maintain visibility into competitive market conditions, reimbursement trends, and industry developments impacting the organization.
- Support the company’s culture of accountability, responsiveness, customer service, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 10 + years Executive-level sales leadership experience within healthcare, medical device, biologics, wound care, life sciences, or related industries.
- Proven experience managing national sales organizations and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of distributor networks, physician office sales, post-acute care, and healthcare operations.
- Experience developing sales training, clinical education, and field development programs.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment while maintaining operational alignment and accountability.
- Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
