Remote PositionThe Account Executive will sell Pikmykid software directly to K12 education institutions & School Districts in the Central Region and will report to the VP of Sales. This position requires an experienced enterprise K12 account executive to join our team who has experience working in the edtech market calling into school district C-level stakeholders along with state-wide leaders.What You’ll Do- Own your territory and success; work independently- Hunt daily: prospect multiple district C-level leaders across districts and regions- Schedule meetings with C-suite; field work as needed- Sell Pikmykid to net-new K-12 education prospects at district level- Research state & district leadership to open opportunities from prospecting to close-won- Territory plan; discovery; onsite travel; face-to-face presentations; manage long sales cycles- Tailor messaging by product solution; multi-thread deals- Navigate complex enterprise deals; build deep stakeholder relationships- Maintain customer touch points and leverage relationships to grow net-new logos- Consistently exceed quota; maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM; manage deals end-to-endWhat You’ll Need- Bachelor’s degree- 5–10+ years proven success in K-12 edtech/software sales to district C-level & state leaders- Track record of exceeding sales targets; strong pipeline management- Self-starter hunter; opener and closer- Excellent communicator; success closing large school districts- Driven, grit, resilient, competitive; team player- Coachable, lifelong learner; open to new approaches- Enterprise software closing experience; excellent written & presentation skills- Success selling to C-suite; understanding of K-12 safety a plus- Consultative/Challenger methodology experience- Strong time management; goal-oriented and resilient- 50%+ travelAbout You- Independent, responsible, organized & creative- Fast-paced, adaptable, collaborative; self-starter- Passionate about education; consistent achiever; relentless prospector; receptive to coachingWhat We Offer- Competitive salary & commission structure- Medical & Dental Insurance Benefits, 401K- Winning is fun – come win with us!Apply by emailing support@pikmykid.com with your cover letter & resume.
