Our team consists of a group of high-performing, driven individuals who are all entrepreneurial in their outlook with a vested interest in our company’s success. We’re looking to add an inside account executive to manage specified school-based accounts in the Central Region of the US as we move to the next phase of growth.Who You Are- Entrepreneurial sales professional with preferably 1+ years experience- Track record of exceeding sales goals and managing your own pipeline- Background and enthusiasm for EdTech and SaaS companies; hunter preferred- Excellent communicator who can build relationships with school-level stakeholders and some C-suite leaders- Driven, gritty, resilient, competitive, personable and empathetic- Excited about presenting new technology and working for a mission-driven company- Team player; open and transparentJob Responsibilities- Own and manage revenue growth in your sales region- Prospect new business – a true hunter role- Build territory pipeline to exceed goals- Build relationships with school-level leaders in the US- Manage and grow pipeline to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets- Work through sales process from qualification to close- Communicate value proposition throughout the sales process- Deliver successful technology demonstrations- Timely customer follow-up and data entry in CRM- Drive strategy for effective outreach for growth- Be a closer and ask for the businessRequirements- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience- High performer with preferably 1+ years of sales experience (SaaS + hunter preferred)- Executive presentation skills in selling software- Worked cross-functionally with CS, Support, Product and SDR teams- Experience with Salesforce/CRM and sales enablement tools- Familiar with Challenger sales- Proficient with sales planning, forecasting, tracking tools; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint- 30–50% travelCompensation Package- Salary + Commission based on individual performance- Health benefits, PTO & 401KApply by emailing support@pikmykid.com with your cover letter & resume.
