Remote Position.Who We ArePikmykid is a fully-funded education technology company based in Tampa, Florida and the gold standard in school dismissal software. Our team consists of a group of high-performing, driven individuals who are all entrepreneurial in their outlook with a vested interest in our company’s success. We’re looking to add an inside account executive to manage specified school-based accounts in the Central Region of the US for our team as we move to the next phase of growth as a company.Who You Are- Entrepreneurial sales professional with preferably 1+ years experience- Have a track record of exceeding sales goals and managing your own pipeline- Background and enthusiasm for EdTech and SaaS companies as a Hunter preferred- Excellent communicator who can build relationships with key school-level stakeholders and some C-Suite leaders when necessary in the K-12 market- Driven, gritty, resilient, competitive, personable and empathetic- Excited about presenting new technology and working for a mission-driven company- Team player who collaborates with team members and is open and transparentJob Responsibilities- Own and manage revenue growth in your own sales region- Prospect “new” business – a true “hunter” role- Prospect to build territory pipeline to exceed goals- Build relationships with school level leaders to in the US- Manage and grow pipeline to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets- Work through sales process from qualification to close- Successfully communicate value proposition throughout sales process- Deliver a successful technology demonstration- Timely customer follow-up and data entry in CRM- Conduct strategy for effective outreach initiative for growth- Are a “Closer” and ask for the businessRequirements- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience- High performer with a preferable 1+ years of sales experience (SaaS + previous hunter role preferred)- Executive presentation skills in selling software- Has worked cross functionally with CS, Support, Product and SDR teams previously- Has used Salesforce or CRM and other sales enablement tools- Familiar with “Challenger” sales- Proficient use of computer software, specifically sales planning, forecasting, and tracking tools, CRMs and Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint- 30-50% TravelCompensation Package- Salary + Commission based on individual performance- Health benefits, PTO & 401KApply: Click the link above or email support@pikmykid.com with your cover letter & resume to apply.
