SUMMARY:

We are seeking a user-focused Product Manager with strong Product Owner capabilities to lead a domain within our telehealth platform. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and key stakeholders to deliver digital health solutions that enhance virtual care for both patients and providers.

In this role, you will own your domain end-to-end—driving product strategy, managing the roadmap, and acting as the Product Owner to maintain the backlog, write user stories, and guide agile development. Success requires strong product instincts, a deep understanding of healthcare workflows, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

You should be familiar with APIs, healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), cloud-based systems, and/or EHR/EMR integrations. Translating complex technical and regulatory requirements into simple, scalable, and compliant user experiences is essential.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own a core product domain within the telehealth platform, leading its strategy, roadmap, and execution from concept through delivery and iteration.
  • Act as the Product Owner in agile ceremonies—managing the backlog, writing clear and actionable user stories, and ensuring features are delivered on time and meet acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Compliance, and other stakeholders to define solutions that meet user needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback from patients, providers, and internal users to inform product decisions and validate features.
  • Translate complex healthcare and technical requirements into simple, scalable, and compliant digital experiences that support both patients and providers.
  • Monitor product performance and impact, using metrics and qualitative feedback to drive continuous improvements and inform prioritization.
Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3–6 years of product management experience, preferably in health tech or SaaS platforms
  • Deep understanding of telehealth delivery models, patient/provider workflows, and/or healthcare systems (e.g., EHR/EMR integrations)
  • Strong technical background or ability to work closely with engineering teams (APIs, architecture, data flow)
  • Proven ability to manage products through full lifecycle – from discovery to delivery to iteration

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Preferred: Healthcare industry knowledge and experience
  • Preferred: Certified Scrum Product Owner
  • Preferred: Experience with Product Analytics tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, UserPilot, etc.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Unlimited PTO and paid holidays.
  • Professional development opportunities.
  • If you’re an experienced financial leader looking to make an impact in a dynamic healthcare tech environment, we’d love to hear from you!
