About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI/LLM Developer to join our team and help build cuttingedge

applications powered by large language models. The ideal candidate will have handson

experience developing LLM-based solutions and a deep understanding of the modern AI

development ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI-powered applications, including agents, chatbots, and workflow

automation tools

- Implement and optimize LLM integrations for various use cases

- Work with both cloud-based and local LLM deployments

- Fine-tune language models for domain-specific applications

- Collaborate with others to identify and implement AI solutions

- Stay current with the latest developments in LLM technology and best practices

Required Qualifications

- Strong Python programming skills with proven experience in production environments

- Strong Linux/Unix skills and comfort working in the terminal

- Experience developing LLM-powered applications, including:

- AI agents and multi-agent systems

- Conversational chatbots

- Workflow automation tools

- Experience with on-device LLM deployment, particularly using Ollama

- Experience fine-tuning LLMs or specific use cases

- Active user of agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI-powered

development environments

- Experience creating front-end interfaces for LLM applications using one or more of:

- NiceGUI for rapid Python-based UI development

- Gradio for ML model demos and interfaces

- React for production-grade web applications

Additional Skills

- Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques (fine-tuning, RL, dspy,

etc)

- Knowledge of model evaluation and testing methodologies

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.)

- Experience with MLOps and model deployment pipelines

- Background in machine learning or data science

- Experience with AR
