ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with CSI’s/Spark policies, procedures, guidelines, contractual commitments, and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate a quarterly territory business development plan with a strategic focus on building relationships and achieving revenue goals.
- Make effective presentations to medical personnel and clinicians, in addition to potential clients and their families.
- Successfully close sales and establish new business partnerships.
- Identify and strengthen partnerships with top revenue payer sources.
- Develop and maintain customer and competitor profiles, diligently logging weekly business development activities and strategically planning future customer interactions.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance guidelines, policies, procedures, and local, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitor expenditures and maintain budgetary control within the business development scope.
- Stay current on developing trends in the healthcare industry, contributing to our knowledge base and guiding our strategic initiatives.

- Perform related duties as required, demonstrating your ability to prioritize and excel in a dynamic environment.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university; or three (3) to five (5) years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of the sales process in healthcare, with a focus on relationship-building and trust development.
- Ability to effectively manage a territory, conduct sales calls, and deliver compelling presentations that generate referrals and build long-term business partnerships.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize assignments based on strategic objectives.
- Knowledge of regulations governing PPEC/HHC operations.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Proficient using desktop and laptop computers, scanners, and faxes.
- Experience using Microsoft applications, with a willingness to adapt and learn new platforms and programs as necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from various stakeholders.
- Excellent active listening skills, allowing you to fully understand points being made, and ask appropriate questions.
- Demonstrated high degree of professionalism, persuasion, and service orientation.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and own a motor vehicle for regular travel to client meetings and other business-related activities.

The nature of the environment requires an individual who can maintain calmness and professionalism under pressure. Moderate noise levels are to be expected due to active care and engagement with children.
