You will also handle various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and organizing office supplies. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and assist in developing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, answering phone calls, and organizing office supplies.
  • Oversee facilities management, ensuring a clean, organized, and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate office events and meetings, including logistics and catering arrangements.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payment of invoices.
